Residents are invited to attend In The Gallery for “Special Places,” an exhibition of oil paintings featuring the special places of Lowell, by Dr. Mark Romanowsky, founding director and current President of the Lowell Parks & Conservation Trust.  Get to know the artist at his opening Art Reception, Sunday, March 5, Noon – 3 p.m.

Westford Regional Art Event is coming soon! Online registration begins March 5. See below for more information. There are still plenty of ways to get involved in this extraordinary volunteer-run event.  Email WRAE Chair, Cheryl Serpe or Volunteer Coordinator, Jan Bryson, to find out how you can be a part of this celebration of art.

Back by popular demand on Saturday, March 11 —the Stand up Comedy Showcase! Join us for a fast-paced, fun night of comedy featuring 10 of Boston’s hottest comedy acts including headliner and 25-year comedy veteran, Ace Aceto.

WTAC hosts on open mic for teens on Friday, March 24 at 7:00 p.m. Teens interested in music, can get details about this organization here.

Stop by the PCA for an afternoon of family fun at the Family Barn Dance, Sunday, March 12. Then stick around for Open Mic night with John Ferullo. Can’t stay on the 12th? Ferullo hosts every second and fourth Sunday of the month at 6:30 p.m.  The PCA rounds out March with the monthly Evening Barn Dance on Saturday, March 25 at 7:30 p.m., with music provided by OH, CONTRAire!
