- 53 Hildreth St. – Members unanimously approved a special permit that will allow applicant Christopher W. Daley to raze an existing house and construct a new one with a larger footprint. The new structure would not meet front yard setbacks.
- 129 Cold Spring Road – Members unanimously approved a variance to allow BGL Custom Homes, LLC, to raze an existing house for the construction of another that will be within 37 feet of the front property line. Under the town’s zoning bylaws, a clearance of 50 feet is required.
