Secretary of State William F. Galvin has posted the following election schedule.

2018-State-Primary-Calendar-New-Date

The deadline to register for the state primary is Aug. 15, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The primary takes place on Tuesday, Sept. 4.
