Jeff Brem’s Juniper Hill development included two houses built by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell.

On May 2 one of those houses was given to Tracy LeBlanc, an emergency medical technician and mother of three from Westford.

The 1,600 square foot home with garage is part of a 7 acre development. Brem said the remaining 9 acres were left untouched.
