UPDATE- The date of the ongoing dangerous dog hearing referenced in the story was changed to Wednesday, May 8 at 8 a.m. at the Fletcher fire station on Boston Road. The dogs’ owner, Haley Gallagher, did not honor the agreement she made with the Board of Selectmen by turning over the dogs to Westford Animal Control officers by  11 a.m. on May 3. Town Manager Jodi Ross said it’s not known where the dogs are.
