State Rep. James Arciero recently joined with Jeyanthi Ghatraju, founder of the Natyanjali School of Dance, to honor her 25 years of teaching Bharatanatyam (Indian Classical Dance) and serving the community.

The daylong celebration included dance workshops, seminars, dance-dress exchanges and donations, and a special workshop for elderly and disabled children to learn to dance.

Ghatraju was presented with an official House Citation by Arciero to mark the occasion.
