The town of Westford will be hosting a ceremony to honor all those who have served the country on Monday, Nov. 11. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. on the town Common.

Veterans Day is a special date set aside to honor all veterans and those currently serving in the military.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to the Abbot School Gym, 25 Depot St. and there will be no procession.

All veterans who wish to march in the ceremony can gather behind the J.V. Fletcher Library, 50 Main St., at 10:30 a.m.

Residents are invited to show support and honor the town’s military service members by attending the ceremony.
