News Director Joyce Pellino Crane visited the Abbot School on March 3, where voters streamed inside to cast their votes for candidates in the Presidential primary race. Here’s what a few of those voters had to say:

By early afternoon, Precinct 1 had 663 ballots cast and Precinct 3 had 641 out of approximately 3,000 registered voters in each. There are slightly more than 17,000 registered voters in town.

“Looks like it’s already a good turnout,” said Town Clerk Patty Dubey in the mid afternoon.
