Westford Health Director, Jeff Stephens, talks with WestfordCAT’s, Patty Stocker, to give a local update on COVID-19. He discusses the number of cases in Westford and Middlesex county as well as explains how the state’s Maven System works to track the virus. Stephens also demonstrates the proper way to don a mask and gives the do’s and don’ts of wearing facial coverings now that Westford’s Board of Health advises residents to wear them.
“We have a great community of people who are listening to the warnings,” said Stephens when talking about the town. “I think you can see that in a lot of stores where you see a great amount of people wearing masks now. I think it’s much higher than it was a month ago. So, I applaud and thank all of our residents for really working hard and taking that personal responsibility to make sure you’re donning some sort of face covering.”
