Joined by a panel of local environmental activists from the Westford and Chelmsford Climate Action teams, Meschino gives a presentation on this piece of legislation that includes climate protection, green economy and global warming solutions. The 2050 Roadmap legislation is an ambitious legislative effort to reduce the use of fossil fuels in the commonwealth to net zero carbon emissions by the year 2050.
