A 62-year-old man died from injuries sustained when a car allegedly hit him along Route 40 / Groton Road at around 5:35 p.m. on March 30.
The driver of a Cadillac sedan was headed west on Groton Road when he allegedly struck the bicyclist, David Crowell, at the intersection of North Street. Crowell was rushed to Lowell General Hospital where he died.
An investigation is underway.
