Coo Coo is a 4 year old stray who was brought into the Lowell Humane Society when she was seen wandering the streets. According to the shelter’s former Communications and Fundraising Manager, Crystal Arnott, she is a feisty, playful girl who was diagnosed with a minor, undetermined neurological condition that requires no treatment and does not affect her quality of life.
“Shortly after she arrived, the staff noticed some neurological symptoms”, Arnott said. “Veterinarians recommended that we have her see a neurologist based on her symptoms. She does sometimes have moments where she zones out. It will look like she’s staring at something and then she will come back into focus. Then she’ll play and be her normal self again.”
Coo Coo will do best in a home without young children and without other pets. She is available now for adoption through the Lowell Humane Society. Interested adopters can call the shelter at 978-452-7781 or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment to meet her.
